Peter B. McMillan is a results-oriented real estate development executive. His professional experience includes directing the senior management teams of three of the nation’s largest and most successful fully integrated real estate development companies: Erickson Retirement Communities, Mills Corporation, and Centermark Properties (now Westfield Group). Pete joined the Wellness House of Annapolis Board of Directors in 2009 as a result of his desire to contribute his skills and experience to an area nonprofit. He found that Wellness House has a worthy mission and exceptional plan of action. Pete lives in Crownsville with his wife, Patti, who is involved with the Girlfriends of Wellness House of Annapolis. They have both become welcome members of the Wellness House family.
