Born in Baltimore, Rick Springer has more than 28 years of banking experience. He has served as Baltimore area executive, Chesapeake regional corporate banker, and as Annapolis (Md.)/Nothern Eastern Shore area executive. In 2009, he was named as BB&T’s Chesapeake Regional President. Rick graduated with a B.A. in economics from Randolph-Macon College in Ashburn, Virginia, with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He currently serves on the Wellness House board of directors as well as the board and executive committee of Leadership Through Athletics, and as president of West Howard Swim Club.
