Roseann brings years of federal government and commercial consulting experience to her clients, informed by her experience as a senior leader in major corporations and professional service firms.  She is a recognized designer and facilitator of leadership and strategy offsites and an experienced leadership coach.  Roseann has been a leader in developing and executing innovative programs including a program to enhance leader’s diversity awareness and commitment, Diversity Stars, for Booz Allen and is a founding member of the Women’s Forum for the Council for Excellence in Government designed to enhance the development of executive women who serve government.
