Coping Resources

Research has shown that cancer patients who are informed about their illness and who receive education and support have improved immune system functioning and lower levels of depression, anxiety and disease-related symptoms.

Our resource library stocked with books, DVDs, and two laptop computers provides people living with cancer and their loved ones with information and tools to help them cope and successfully navigate the treatment and recovery phase of their illness.

Come browse our shelves, and sit down to read in one of our comfy chairs with a cup tea. Get online and research local and distant docs, treatments, and services that can further help you on your road to recovery. Watch a DVD on one of our laptops. Volunteers are available to help you navigate the Internet or sift through resources.
